Glass fiber reinforced plastic tank filter material loading method:

1. Glue the center pipe and the lower distributor.

2. The glued center pipe and water distributor are first put into the glass fiber reinforced plastic tank.

3, the center tube tank mouth this head with tape or other things to prevent the filter material into the center tube.

4. Place a funnel or other funnel-shaped items at the mouth of the glass fiber reinforced plastic tank to avoid the central pipe.

5. Pour the filter material into the funnel and enter the glass reinforced plastic tank.

Containerized Pure Water System Function Description:

Quartz sand filter material: It is made of natural quartz ore as raw material, processed by crushing, washing and sifting. Its main function is to remove suspended matter, particles and colloids in the raw water, while reducing the turbidity and chroma in the raw water, and it can filter out the visible matter such as particles and algae brought by the raw water.

Activated carbon filter: a new type of activated carbon made from high quality coconut shell, activated and carbonized by high temperature, and loaded with photocatalyst and carbon fiber; It has a strong adsorption and filtration performance, and has a strong adsorption effect on residual chlorine, heterocolor, odor and organic matter in water.

Precision filter: Installed before the inlet end of the reverse osmosis high pressure pump, its purpose is to filter out particles and impurities greater than 5μm that may be brought by the pretreatment process. After the pretreatment process, these particles may penetrate the reverse osmosis membrane component after passing through the high-pressure pump of the reverse osmosis (RO) host, resulting in a large number of salt leaks and water crossowing phenomenon, affecting the quality of the effluent, and may also scratch the impeller of the high-pressure pump.

High pressure pump: increase the inlet pressure of RO to meet the inlet pressure and flow required for the operation of RO device. High pressure pump inlet pressure switch, low pressure alarm and stop the pump. Water outlet with high pressure switch, high pressure alarm and stop the pump.

Reverse osmosis device: The raw water after pretreatment and purification, under the condition of satisfying the inlet water quality of the reverse osmosis membrane, enters the first stage reverse osmosis device for preliminary desalination treatment.

The reverse osmosis device is equipped with enough online instruments and chemical instruments that can directly reflect the operating state of the device, including: pressure gauge, flow meter, conductivity, etc.

The reverse osmosis membrane element is made of polyamide composite membrane produced by Dow Company, and the desalting rate of single membrane element is greater than 99%. Improve the purity of the effluent.
