Purified water is an indispensable and important raw material in the production process of cosmetics, because the daily drinking water contains a large number of inorganic ions, such as magnesium, zinc, the existence of interference with the static charge balance of some surfactant systems, causing the separation of previously stable products. Therefore, cosmetic water needs to remove inorganic ions from the water, and the other requirement is to contain no or as few microorganisms as possible. Microorganisms will make cosmetics accelerate corruption and even make products produce strange odor, causing harm to consumers, which is what all cosmetic manufacturers do not want to see.
